This is one of a group of stucco reliefs from the court of the Hôtel de Bourbon-Condé, Paris. It was built by the architect Alexandre-Théodore Brongniart in 1781 for the princess Louise Adélaide de Bourbon-Condé. The reliefs remained there until the beginning of the twentieth century.
