Madonna and Child

Vittore Crivelli followed his elder brother, Carlo Crivelli's footsteps as much as his ability permitted. He had enough talent to make his paintings much pleasure to the beholder, but when placed next to the masterpieces of Carlo, they immediately display their shortcomings.
