The polyptych in on the altar of the Bernardo Chapel in the Frari's Basilica. The rich and graceful Renaissance frame is probaly by Jacopo di Faenza. After the plague of 1631, the central part came to be called the Madonna della Salute. On the left are St Andrew and St Nicholas of Bari, and St Paul and St Peter are on the right.
In the upper part is the Dead Christ.
