Six plaques adorned the pedestals commissioned for the vases known as "cordeliers", when under the Empire they were placed in the Galerie de Diane at Saint-Cloud. They were painted by Coupin de la Couperie, Jean-Marie Degault, and Jean Georget, in the manner of cameos, after medals struck on the occasion of the campaign of Poland.
