The polyptych is divided into three sections. In the centre is the Madonna and Child Enthroned, flanked by four saints: St Peter, St John the Baptist, St Emidio and St Paul. In the upper register is a Pietà with four other saints: St Catherine of Alexandria, St Jerome, St George and St Ursula. Below is a predella with the Blessing Christ surrounded by ten apostles.
