Faydherbe designed also many smaller dwellings in Mechelen. The Huis De Korenbloem (The Cornflower House) in the Katelijnestraat has a Baroque façade by Faydherbe, and an old wooden side façade, one of the two houses in Mechelen that still has a visible early sixteenth-century timber construction in the side wall.
At left on this photo is the Vliegend Peerd (Flying Horse) with a rocaille façade.
