The altar was built in 1620. The painting of the altarpiece is from the school of Palma il Giovane and shows an Annunciation (1621-28 approximately). The front of the altar is carved with a bas-relief showing angels bearing the signs of the Passion and on the angels musicians (1470) of a sculptor identified as the Master of San Trovaso.
