This large icon shows the complicated and many-figured iconography of the Last Judgment in five horizontal zones with an emphatic central axis. Numerous Old Church Slavonic texts on the edges of the icon and in the picture itself explain the very lively and colourfully painted scenes at the Last Judgment.
