Christ Child

This small statue representing the Infant Jesus, blessing and holding the crown of thorns and the nails, is possibly the copy made around 1500 by Baccio da Montelupo to replace the original statue by Desiderio da Settignano on the tabernacle of the Basilica of San Lorenzo in Florence.
