On the left part of the double page (folios 10v and 11r) Mercury is shown holding the bag and caduceus, symbols respectively of wealth and prosperity in times of peace; the zodiac signs of Gemini and Virgo are depicted in medallions. The facing page represents activities benignly influenced by Mercury.
