Faith

Giovanni Domenico Tiepolo assisted his father, Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, in the decoration of the Room of Throne in Ca' Rezzonico. His contribution can be detected in the seriess of female figures positioned around the cornice. The present picture shows the figure of Faith from the ceiling depicting the Allegory of Merit Accompanied by Nobility and Virtue.
