The heads in the quatrefoils below the paired saints (above the main tier figures) are not securely identified. They are a mixture of prophets, patriarchs and monks. None of the figures has a halo, and some of them wear secular contemporary dress.
The picture shows one of the heads below Sts Simon and Thaddeus.
