The vase of earthenware is covered on the outside with a lustrous glaze in shades of blue, purple and green, and inside with an iridescent red glaze. The rounded base expands upwards. The rim is four-lobed, and the sides are fluted. It is supported on four scrolled feet, two of which are prolonged to form loop handles.

This piece was produced in the Zsolnay Ceramics Factory, Pécs, Hungary.
