Protestant church, Rellingen

The architect of the Lutheran church at Rellingen, Cai Dose, wanted to create a sacred ceremonial hall in the style of those in France and Italy. For the ground plan, he chose a regular octagon, on top of which he placed an elegant mansard roof culminating in a lantern. Piedroits frame tall windows, emphasizing the corned sections
