Place Royale, Nancy

The Place Royale (now Place Stanislas) in Nancy was designed by Emmanuel Héré de Corny (1705-1763), court architect to Stanislas Lescinski, the father-in-law of Louis XIV. The fountain and the wrought iron railings are by Jean Lamour (1698-1771).
