This statue is on the monument to the Valier family in the church of Santi Giovanni e Paolo, Venice. It flanks, with its pendant statue Liberality by Antonio Tarsia, the sculptural group of Virtue Crowning Merit by Giovanni Bonazza. The pendant statues derive from Josse De Corte's earlier models.
