The "pearls" of Brussels's Art Nouveau architecture include the flowery masonry of Ernst Blérot. His buildings show effectively the level of architectural design that had been achieved in fin-de-siecle Brussels.

The picture shows some of the houses based on virtually identical plans for which Blérot created different façades to suit the individual tastes of the purchasers.
