Esposizione d'Arte Decorativa Moderna, Turin

Raimondo D'Aronco emerged as a victor in the competition to build the main pavilion for the Turin Exposition in 1902. His style shows the influence of buildings by the Viennese architect Joseph Maria Olbrich and the Darmstadt artists' colony. However, it has a variety of individual touches derived from his encounter with the Orient.
