This panel belongs to the predella of an altarpiece painted for an unknown location. It shows the Resurrection in the centre with Christ Appears to St Peter after Death and Noli me tangere on either side.

Associated with this altarpiece are two main tier panels depicting Christ Enthroned with Four Adoring Angels (Pinacoteca di Brera, Milan) and Eleven Saints (Galleria Sabauda, Turin). three pinnacle panels (National Gallery, London), and another predella panel showing the Incredulity of St Thomas (Alana Collection, Newark, Delaware).
