The statue of St James the Greater by Niccolò di Piero Lamberti once occupied the tabernacle of the Guild of Furriers and Skinners (L'Arte de Vaiai e Pellicciai) in a niche on the southern façade of Orsanmichele, but it is now housed in the Museum of Orsanmichele.
The picture shows a copy of the statue in the original location.
