Six's bridge

1645
Etching, third state of three, 129 x 224 mm
Teylers Museum, Haarlem

Catalogue number: Bartsch 208.

This etching is known as Six's bridge, although the country estate depicted is more likely to have been Klein Kostverloren on the Amstel. It is said that the print was etched directly on the plate out of doors.
