The tapestry, designed by Victor Honoré Janssens, depicts the elevation of Philip the Good to the title of Duke of Brabant in 1430. It was executed in the Brussels workshop of Urbanus Leyniers and Hendrik II Reydams. The tapestry hangs in the Council Chamber of the Brussels Town Hall.
