Initials on folios 114v, 117v and 122r mark the great feasts of the Easter season. The picture shows folio 117v on which two initials appear for Pentecost. The upper S initial shows the Virgin and the apostles in half-length beneath the descending dove. The other, a D initial, depicts a priest vested in a blue chasuble standing at an altar flanked by two candles as the dove descends.
