This manuscript contains the Speculum Humanae Salvationis (Mirror of Human Salvation), a popular teaching book in verse which compares events of the New Testament with prefigurations in the Old. It was made by a priest, Ulric of Osterhofen. In the miniature on folio 17v Christ's Entry into Jerusalem is related to Jeremiah's lamenting over the fate of the city.
