This manuscript, an important Herbal, contains the work of Pletario and Bartolomeo Mini. It consists of 168 leaves with very rich illustrations: 22 small miniatures, 390 illustrations of herbs and plants, 5 of animals, and 50 of minerals. The illuminator worked in Bourg en Bresse, in an area bordering Savoy.
The text of the manuscript is written in two columns of forty-two lines, as seen on folio 50.
