Seven medieval copies of the tournament book, and four copies made in the 17th and 18th centuries, now survive. The original manuscript of the tournament book (Bibliothèque Nationale Ms. français 2695), was beautifully illustrated with watercolour paintings by Barthélemy d' d'Eyck. The present manuscript (Ms. français 2692) is a copy made in the 1480s.
The double page (folios 62v and 63r) shows the participants and spectators at a tournament.
