The Jena Codex is a bible of the Hussite movement that promoted a church reform in Bohemia in the first half of the 15th century. The present miniature from this codex shows John Huss in the pulpit of the Bethlehem Chapel in Prague, where he first proclaimed his critical views on the papacy.
