Saint-Vigor, Cerisy-le-Fôret (Manche)

The few buildings which were built in Normandy after 1065 are the descendant of the Caen abbey churches. Among them Saint-Vigor at Cerisy-le-Fôret has retained much of its original character, and is still surrounded by the same meadows and apple orchards. It was built as part of the priory of Saint-Etienne, but in contrast to its mother building, it was never vaulted.
