Best quality imagery I have found on the web. I've used Breughel's 'Fall of Icarus' as my wallpaper for years. I got it from you and appreciated it very much. Do you know of another web site that has high quality digital reproductions of more moder art such as Magritte, Picasso, Cezanne, etc. I'd love to find it. Thanks.

I had a great uncle named Vandy Dvorak from Muscoda WI. He was an artist.. I was wondering if there would be any record in existance of any of his artwork. I'm digging up my family tree in case you hadn't noticed by now. :-) His father and mother were named Wenzel and Mary Dvorak. Hope someone out there has heard of this early American artist.. If not, then maybe he wasn't as famous as I had at first thought. Email is Anton@tcpbbs.net if anyone has info on this artist. John Dvorak

Easier access to beautiful works af art is always a welcome gift to all of humanity. I wish there were more sites like this one available. I thank my friend Alfonso Rodríguez for introducing me to it. I especially liked Zurbarán's "Madonna With Child" painting. It's exquisite! Thank you! Kelly M. Garity

Visited the Sistine Chapel last year. Loved it. Treasured my time in Rome. Now reading about Michael Angelo -"The Agony and the Ecstasy" by Irving Stone (Published 1961 by Doubleday, USA.) Wonderful. Visiting your page makes me restless and wish I could return to Rome. One day?

I purchased a portrait of Jeremiah spelled (Heiremias) and I need to find out more about it. It looks identicle to the Fresco by Michelangelo that is in the Cappella Sistina, Vatican. It has the initial D.O. 1503/13 on the back. Please write and let me know more about this portrait. Thank you!.

First look at this website. As an Art Historian with 24 yrs college teaching experience, I find the comments very interesting. What a way to "get in the head" of people who are not yet in the field or just enormously interested in art and the history of art. . I will certainly revisit you. Barbara in WA State USA

ABSOLUTLY FASCINATING, BELLISSIMO!!!!!!. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE MUSSEUM. I WOULD ALSO BE VERY INTERESTED IN CONTACTING, OR FINDING THE NAME AND OR ADDRESS OF THE MUSEUM'S CURATOR FOR CORREGGIO, AND OR 16TH CENTURY PAINTER MASTERS, IF POSSIBLE. WE OWN A PAINTING THAT ACCORDING TO DR. BOBBER, FROM THE METROPOLITAN MUSSEUM OF NEW YORK, MAY BE ATTRIBUTED TO COREGGIO. PLEASE BE SO KIND AS TO SEND US SOME INFORMATION VIA E-MAIL, OR A NAME AND ADDRESS TO WRITE TO. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. AMALBRAN@CS.COM

I found your pictures inaccurate to say the least. We know that The Queen of sheba was of African Orgin not Eruopean. The oringnal Hebrews were black. Kemet which was the name for Egypt was also dark people Kemet meaning the land of the blacks. Ethiopia was a part of kemet meaning that she was not white nor Solomon. Neither Moses. Isreal and the rest of the Middle East is only sepertated by a man made canal. It is in the continet of Africa. The only reason the Jews are so light is because of the mixture with the romans. How can a white person flee in to Egypt and not be found? It is time to stop white washing history and tell the truth. Most of the slaves brought here in the USA were Hebrews. That is why they took their religon and language from them. Krush means Ethiopia. So if Sheba whose real name was Mykeda which is an african name is white. Where did all of them go? I don't see any whites in Ethiopia now. So your web page is insulting. Kedra
